The Nines
A troubled actor, a television show runner and an acclaimed video game designer find their lives intertwined in mysterious and unsettling ways. According to some film critics, The Nines is the new Donnie Darko, blending science fiction with reality. The films was shot in LA and New York and premiered at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival. It was written and directed by John August, who uses a combination of video and film, transferred to HD at the post-production stage.
